Prep and prepare food for customers.

1. Maintain stock in refrigerator and freezers ad inventories in an orderly and clean manner.

2. Prepackage all food products and make sure that they conform to standards.

3. Cook and prepare food according to company specifications.

4. Change fryer grease on a regular basis and as needed.

5. Establish good working relations with servers.

6. Stock refrigerators and freezers during and for next shift.

7. Wash all utensils at end of shift and mop floors.

8. Clean grilll and line area during and at end of shift.

9. Attend work on time and exhibit positive attitude.

10. All other duties as assigned.
